Learn more about project objectives
It encourages participation among people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds while raising awareness of the vital role that physical activity plays in everyday life. By connecting communities through shared experiences, sport becomes a universal language that builds confidence, teamwork, and understanding.
Our initiative focuses on using sport both as an educational tool for working with children and youth and as a platform for training coaches and sports professionals to promote positive social values. The project aims to strengthen grassroots organizations, exchange good practices across Europe, and increase access to sports for children with disabilities and those facing social disadvantages.
Through training programs, workshops, and international collaboration, the project enables knowledge transfer from experts to educators and young people. These activities, often carried out through non-formal education, are designed to build skills, raise awareness, and inspire communities to adopt active and inclusive lifestyles.
Physical activity is still undervalued within public health policies, even though it is essential for physical and mental well-being. That’s why our project supports initiatives that encourage daily movement — from school sports programs to community-based activities — helping to shape healthier habits and stronger local networks.
Special attention is given to children with disabilities, for whom sport can significantly improve motor skills, self-confidence, and social integration. Equally, elderly participants benefit through improved health, cognitive function, and social engagement. By combining education, creativity, and fun, the project promotes inclusion, gender equality, and a shared understanding of how sport can bring people together — proving that sport truly is for everyone.
